"Happy Trails" is a compilation of 14 Round Dance Songs composed and produced by Leo Charlie from the Thompson Salish Lower Nichola Band from B.C. Canada. Composing round dance songs that reflect love lost, love newly found, and sprinkled with English lyrics. Mr. Charlie, an independent producer can be found selling his original songs at various powwows and round dances across the US and Canada. KSUT Southern Ute Tribal Radio would like to Thank Mr. Charlie for his donation of this CD to the station.
Santana's 36th album is dedicated to Native American Indians and features 13 mostly original songs he has been saving for a special release. Only one song, the Latin-flavored "Eres La Luz," features vocals (singers Andy Vargas and Tony Lindsay). The remaining instrumental tracks showcase Santana's virtuoso guitar playing in a beautifully arranged and carefully paced album.
