Wildrose Singers "Established" Tribal Radio's Friday Featured CD, July 27th

Wild Rose Singers recorded "Established" live at the Hiltem'Waq'iswit Clearwater River Casino Powwow in 2010. Started in 1997 with a core group of five singers, Wild Rose attended local powwows and events bringing their music to the people.  Today twelve members comprise the group as well as three outstanding lady backup singers. Representing the Yakama Nation located in Central Washington State,  Wild Rose has traveled throughout Indian Country sharing their Northern Style of singing.  KSUT Tribal Radio would like to say "Thank You!" to Wild Rose for their generous donation of this CD to the station.   Visit Tribal Radio's Facebook Fan Page for more information on this and other "Friday Featured CDs" at www.facebook.com/KSUTTribalRadio91.3FM

Sheila has hosted the native Morning Show on KSUT Tribal Radio since 2000. In 2006 she also became co-host of Feeding the Spirit, a prgram focused on Native American health issues.
