"The waiting is the hardest part..."

KSUT continues the ongoing public radio series Re:Sound this Sunday, with a show about waiting. Waiting in line. Waiting for the bus. Waiting for an organ transplant.
Hear Re:Sound Sunday afternoons at 5:00, on the KSUT Sunday Special.

Each episode of Re:Sound explores a new theme through a variety of lenses.

In this week's show, Radiolab and Invisibilia producer Lulu Miller takes us to a bus stop. People are waiting. The only thing missing is the bus.

We'll meet Beth and Brian, waiting for a lung transplant that could extend their lives by years. Or, it could lead to rejection and continued suffering.

And we'll get in the standby line for Saturday Night Live tickets. Hundreds wait each week outside of New York City's Rockefeller Center, but only a few get in.

Re:Sound is produced by the sonic hunter-gatherers at Third Coast International Audio Festival. The program features exceptional stories from public radio producers nationwide.
