A storytelling celebration of mothers

KSUT honors mothers with a public radio storytelling special from The Moth Radio Hour. "Mother, Mommy, Mama, Mom" airs Sunday afternoon at 5 on the KSUT Sunday Special.
The Moth Radio Hour's Mother's Day special will take us inside the world of mothers and mothering, from a storytelling perspective.

We'll meet a young man who is finding his way in life through the aid of his "mama bear" of a mother; and a woman who is holding on tight to happy memories of her ailing mother. And, actress Molly Ringwald recounts the time she ended up in the principal's office after learning her daughter has become a bully.

The Moth Radio Hour is a Peabody-award-winning show of storytelling produced by The Moth. The show features true stories told live on stage, with no scripts, notes, props or accompaniment.

Hear The Moth Radio Hour's special "Mother, Mommy, Mama, Mom" at 5:00 p.m. Mother's Day, May 10, as part of the KSUT Sunday Special
