Hugh Felt

'The Grass Is Bluer' Host

A decade-long bluegrass epiphany (seeing John Hartford in the Fall of '69 and Lester Flatt in the Spring of '79, while playing his own folk music along the way) led Hugh Felt to take up the banjo in 1983 and begion playing publicly a year later. A decade later, yet, and with considerable bluegrass under his belt, Hugh joined KSUT as host and producer of the program The Grass is Bluer. Hugh recently retired from the Postal Service and is enjoying traveling, and working part time for the Adult Education Center in Durango. He is amazed and delighted to continue to produce The Grass is Bluer which you can hear Thursday night at 7.
