Party in the Park

KSUT and Music in the Mountains present the 2016 Party in the Park, Saturday, July 16 at Buckley Park, 12th and Main Ave. in downtown Durango. This year's Party in the Park is an all-day affair, featuring nearly eight hours of great live music from many different genres. You'll hear classical and chamber music, flamenco, funk, and jazz. The New Orleans-based Stooges Brass Band headlines the show.

Gates open at 1:00 p.m., and the live music starts at 2.

Here's the lineup for the 2016 Party in the Park:

2:00-3:00 p.m. - Cezanne Quartet
3:00-4:00 p.m. - Durango Funk All-Stars
4:00-5:30 p.m. - Southwest Civic Winds
5:30-7:30 p.m. Jarabe Mexicano
7:30-10:00 p.m. - Stooges Brass Band

Tickets for the 2016 KSUT Party in the Park are $25 in advance, and $30 the day of the show. Purchase them at the Music in the Mountains website, at their office at 1063 Main Ave. Durango, or at 970-385-6820.

Children 12 and under admitted free with paying adult.
