The Bonnie Dallas Senior Center in Farmington presents the High Desert Games Senior Olympics. Registration opens Monday, February 12th and the games run March 15th through May 31st. The Games are open to those 50 years and up - and will feature table tennis, darts, bocce ball, and field day... to shuffleboard, pickleball, chess, and more. Sign up is at fmtn.org/BDSC or in person at the Senior Center.

This class lets us move dynamically from one posture to another. We create awareness and harmony between the mind and body that allows us to remove stress and anxiety. We use our breath to move deeper into our body while warming, lengthening, and strengthening our muscles.
All you need is a yoga mat and a water bottle. Some yoga tools such as blocks, a blanket and a strap are encouraged.
These classes are on a donation basis.

The Farmington Museum presents "Survival: The Exhibition," from Saturday, February 3rd through May 4th. Visitors can explore 8 unique survival zones and the optional Adventure Zone Ropes Course. Details are available at FarmingtonMuseum.org.
Investigate, collaborate, problem solve, play, build, collect, and climb your way to becoming the ultimate survival expert where visitors’ confidence and problem-solving skills are put to the test. Survival is open 7 days a week and the Adventure Zone is open Thursday through Monday (closed Tue & Wed.) Tickets are $12 or $15 with the optional Adventure Zone add-on.
